Jacket is a recurring character in the Hotline Miami series. Jacket is a masked-maniac assassin given multiple jobs to kill criminals associated with the Russian Mafia by a mysterious messenger that contacts him through a answering machine. He dons various animals masks in his missions that grant him unique effects and abilities to assist him in his brutal beatdowns. He is one of the six base roster fighters in Cross Impact.
